Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Blacklick, OH.
I've worked with Don in buying and selling 7 homes. Wow, hard to believe. Each home was located in a different part of Columbus including Pickerington, Downtown, Hilliard, New Albany, Gahanna, and Blacklick and one way out of the market area, in Nashport. More than half the time my home sold in under 30 days. Two of the homes sold before the sign went into the yard, and one sold within 6 months in a market where nothing in my price range had moved in the previous 24 months. A significant other convinced me to list one of the homes with another realtor and it spent 6 months on the market with zero showings. Don sold it in under 30 days. He is the best. I appreciate his no-nonsense approach to providing you with his personal market research and opinion on what the home is worth, determining a listing price, and smart negotiating to a completed transaction. Don is just as wise in negotiating on the buying side working to get the most value for his client.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Pickerington, OH.
My wife and I recently worked with Don to sell our home in Pickerington. Don is highly knowledgable of the area, and the overall process of how to get the best result in the right timeframe. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in East Broad, Columbus, OH.
Don was very helpful in helping us perform a Short Sell of our house. He worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us updated on the process through it's completion.
We are very grateful for his ability to market our house, work with our bank and the buyer so that we would have to invest little time other than signing on the dotted line at closing when the house sold.

Don was instrumental in selling my house. He worked very hard, and made me feel like I was his only client. He kept me informed and assisted me in each step of the process. Even after the sale Don has kept in touch. I would highly recommend using Don, and I will definitely use Don’s services in the future.

Sold a home in 2012.
Don was steadfast in guiding us through the complicated process of a short sale. Even though we were in Nebraska and he was in Ohio, he continually engaged us in the process and kept us up to date with what we needed to do to take the next step. Whatever we had to sign was emailed to us promptly and he let us know when he did and did not receive what he needed from us. There were many time we could have become discouraged in the process, but Don always encouraged us to keep plugging away with his positive, can do attitude. We really enjoyed working with Don and would recommend him to anyone who has a realty need.
