shan has thorough knowledge of local bay area market which helped me narrow down the search area based on my preferences. He has a lot of experience in real estate and it shows. It is hard to find agents that have knowledge of all the submarkets in bay area. He is a very keen listener and is constantly steering the course based on your inputs. When needed his expert negotiation skills come in handy.
