I have entered into a short sale deal with Shane, and he has helped me look for both a new home for myself as well as good rental properties. He has been someone I could call at any time about any subject dealing with real estate. He is always willing to give of his time. I have already recommended him to friends and family and will again given the chance.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Foley, AL.
we are working on our third project with shane. the first two were very positive thanks in part to shane's knowledge and connections in the workings of H U D. we had some bumps with the first project because of H U D but shane was able to sherpard us through them. the third project is going smoothly. he answers the phone when we call or returns calls quickly. i have found that few do that and to me that was important. he is honest, truthful, very knowledgeable, and has access to valuable information. he has become a friend through these projects although we did not know him before. we highly recommend him as we already have to a friend. gene roth

Shane was very patient with me as he was helping me purchase a home with a great distance between us. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he spent many man hours searching and viewing appropriate homes.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Pensacola, FL.
I had already bought my next home in another city 6 hours away, I needed my Pensacola home to sell and sell quickly. Shane was very helpful in meeting the goals I had including having it listed by the first of the year. After only 3 weeks on the market we had a contract at 99% of the asking price. Shane knew what had to be done and how to market it for maximum exposure. Wow! Thanks Shane! Great job.

If you want an expert who will see a project through to the end not just the closing, you want Shane Willis! Shane worked with me on my first, but not last investment property purchase. He has taught me more than I ever imagined about investment real estate. With Shane it's not just about showing houses and tossing out offers, He teaches you the who, what, when, where, why, and how of real estate investment. With Shane's expert advice I purchesed a great investment property. Shane didn't stop working with me at closing, he has helped me find contractors, rental agents, ins. etc. He has stayed in contact with me and even gone by the house to check on the progress of the workers while I was out of town. People, this goes way above and beyond the call of duty. I'm already looking forward to our next investment adventure together.

Shane did an outstanding job supporting our purchase of a home in Pensacola in April, 2012. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable of the local properties, he was able to very effectively 'close the deal' for us. Shane knows who to contact to get the job done, whether its a contractor, closing agent, insurance agent or lender. Shane was very responsive to our inquiries, all while we were 2,800 miles away. We laid out some demanding requirements for him: timing deadlines, property research, negotiations requirements and frequent communications with us. He offered suggestions, based on his experience and local knowledge, that turned out to be right on the money. He did a fantastic job and exceeded all our expectations! We've bought and sold a number of homes and Shane Willis is the best of the best.

Bought a home in 2012.
I have told multiple people about Shane as the best agent in the area. He helped us buy a condo in Perdido Key and was over and beyond what we expect. I have bought many pieces of property and the one thing I always want is someone to answer their phone or at least call me back in a timely manner. Shane did that even text messaging me later one evening to answer my questions. We made the offer from across the country and Shane's knowledge of some of the latest technologies helped that go very smoothly. If you are looking for a top notch agent Shane is your guy.
