We had a house that was sitting on the market for months with no offers and we were very unhappy with our realtor when a friend recommended that we call Shane. We don't sell homes all of the time and were somewhat at the mercy of whomever we engaged to sell our home. How do we know what a fair price is, whether our price is unrealistic or whether we might be leaving money on the table? Eventually, we felt like our previous realtor did not give us a realistic opinion of price and was willing to tell us whatever it took just to get the listing, but with Shane, we immediately felt that we had someone we could trust and who knew what he was talking about . He reviewed realtors' comments of the property, which our previous realtor seemed to have ignored, and had an understanding of what price would generate the most offers based on the market and those comments. He was straight with us and gave us a plan and optimism that we could get the house sold. He helped us get offers we could work with, was a great negotiator and advocate for us to get the best offer, and got the home sold in a short time at a price we had begun to doubt we could get. The comfort in knowing that with Shane you have the help to do everything you can possibly do to get the home sold is invaluable. Sold a home in 2006.

We first met Shane in 2006. We had tried several agents to sell our home in a very competitive market. What others couldn't do in 7 months he did in 30 days. When we decided to from Alaska to Nevada, Shane was with us every step of the way. He has helped my family for over 8 years now. He is the first phone call I make when it comes to real estate. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Orangevale, CA.

Shane helped me buy a house last year in east Sacramento County. I had been shopping around on my own and by the time I found what I wanted, we had only a day in which to put together a bid. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $600K in Diamond Oaks, Roseville, CA.

We trusted Shane to sell our Roseville home in July - very thorough, ethical and responsive. Shane spent time prior to listing to do a thorough review of the comps and came up with a comprehensive marketing plan for us. Shane was willing to work with our Corporate Relocation company and made sure that we were constantly updated on the status of the listing and our offers.
