Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in West Fargo, ND.
My wife Jessica and I would highly recommend Modern Market Realtors. Shannon was our agent and she went above and beyond to insure that we made the right decision. This was our first house and Shannon's knowledge of the market combined with the use of a personalized listing system insured that we only looked at homes that met our required criteria as well as only homes that with Shannon's experience would interest us. She picked up on the small comments we made walking thru homes and used those to narrow our search. Even after the purchase we had several questions and she was always there with an answer or would work to find one. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Reiles Acres, ND.
When mother and I started looking at open houses were just went to look at these homes and were going to wait to get serious about finding a realtor and finding a home till a few months later since couldn't move till end of year but when going to one of Shannon's open houses we took a business card or flyer and a few days later decided to use Shannon as our realtor. Shannon sat down with us wanted to know what we were looking for and started to look immediately. Shannon wasn't ever pushy or ever felt rushed, she was very patient and gave opinions or adviced when asked questions and was honest. Shannon was very patient taking time to explain things I didn’t understand throughout the entire process of looking for a home and when finding the home to purchase. When I had any questions regarding the house or other items she got the answers to the questions. She went above and beyond any other realtor that I have had or heard of. Example when we had to post pone our closing date, she found out the issues of postponing and took action getting professionals out to the property immediately. Shannon was very flexible, when mom and I wanted to get into the house to take measurements she was able to get us in and if she wan't available she had Jim Christli come to assist us. Also when needing signatures for certain forms she has this system where we don't need to meet in person, I could have it done online, which this makes it nice (very time saving). Shannon & Jim was very easy to work with and fun. Even after closing and moved in the house she will take the time to answer further questions. She’s just not only a realtor she becomes your friend or family that she is looking out for the best of you. I would recommend Shannon to anyone as a realtor who wants great service and someone who goes above and beyond your expectations. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical of realtors from previous experience but going through Shannon has been the best and smooth experience I ever could have hoped for. Bought a home in 2011.
I contacted Shannon when my wife and I decided to purchase a lot in Fargo. I wasn't going to use a realtor...thankfully I did, she found out that the lot next to me was going to be a pump station. So we found a different lot, thanks to her I didn't loose any property value with that think next to me.…More Less
