I have been awarded Five Star Customer Service Awards for several years now from KC Magazine.  I have also been in the Kansas City Business Journal Top 25 Agents in Kansas City by sales volume in  2008 and 2009  I was #18 in 2008 and #19 in 2009.   These awards are great recognition, however, all I want is my clients to award me with referrals.  I feel the best award I can get is #1 Real Estate Agent Award from every client I work with.  If I exceed all of my clients expectations, that is good enough for me.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Leawood, KS.

We were introduced to Shannon at couple of her open houses and loved how organized, preofessional and knowledgable she was and decided when we sell our house she would be our agent. When we decided to sell she brought her team (listing coordinator, stager, photographer, etc) and put together the sales plan. It was better than we thought it would be and in less than 3 weeks had multiple offers. Shannon and her team are great at their craft!  More Less

Sold a home in 2013 in Highland Plains, Prairie Village, KS 66208.

What a god awful experience dealing with this Realtor. She talks up a game but then deserts you after a couple of weeks. After we signed with her, she begins to stage our home. She rummages through our closets looking for things to put out for display. Sevreal times they leave the front door open when leaving for the day. After several weeks of showings, she decides we are not worth the effort. Phone calls, texts and emails go unanswered for days, up to a week in some instances. When we finally received an offer, she offers no advice, no guidance. We feel we got a raw deal. After we signed at closing, there was no "Thank You", nothing. Last we heard from her. Reece Nichols is equally horrible. Sent a letter to the CEO, and he essentially said "too bad. We got our commission." Avoid these people at all costs.  More Less
