Richmond VA Realtor (5 years experience)
We started working with Shannon from California before we relocated to the RVA. She did the research ahead of time and was ready to start showing us homes as soon as we arrived.

In a matter of about 2-3 weeks, we found our ideal home and put in a offer that was accepted. We moved in the middle of July and are very happy.

Shannon proved very knowledgeable of the local market, infrastructure, schools, trends and was very attentive in listening to our requirements.

Thank you for a very quick and efficient home buying experience!

Shannon was absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish she really impressed us with her knowledge, skill, and most of all, her caring enough to dig deep and search for exactly what we wanted. She has become a trusted friend and we would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I bought our first home in June of this year and we used Shannon as our realtor. We found Shannon on Zillow after filtering by the zip codes we were interested in and giving her a call to talk about how she could help us in our search. Throughout our homebuying process Shannon, was knowledgeable about various areas in Richmond, provided creative suggestions about potential upgrades and renovations to the homes we looked at (since quite a few were fixer-uppers), and helped us navigate a few complicated situations. We also found Shannon to be extremely flexible and available as she went out of her way to show us homes on short notice. All in all, it was clear that Shannon was dedicated to us as clients and had our best interests and goals in mind.
At the end of the day it was a success as we purchased a home in a neighborhood we were interested and at a price point that fit our needs. We would recommend that anyone looking for a Richmond realtor give Shannon a call!
Communication is important in any industry but especially one where there are so many moving parts. Shannon has been one of the most responsive people I have ever dealt with in the business arena; which is very refreshing and reassuring when you are trusting someone to handle any area of your financial life. I was referred to Shannon from a close friend that has purchased and sold many houses. From the moment Shannon picked up the phone on our first communication I knew she would be the perfect realtor for me. The house she helped me purchase was my first home; I cannot recommend Shannon enough for any first time home buyer. Not only is she with you every step of the way, but she makes sure you are gaining the knowledge of the ins and outs of real-estate. Her eye for detail is very impressive. When it came time to negotiating price and amenities she was nothing but spectacular and again she educated me every step along the way.
Shannon deserves 5 out of 5 stars and without a shadow of a doubt will be the realtor I recommend to anyone in the Richmond area and she will also be the realtor I choose to use when it comes time to purchase my next home.

I would HIGHLY recommend Shannon! She explained the process in detail and made it so easy! She definitely looks out for her clients and is very honest and that is what I liked. She offers advice when you need it however; never makes you feel that if you choose otherwise that she would have a problem - she is there to support her clients 100%. I love her energy and enthusiasm as well.

Shannon was great to work with ... She understands her job, did her research prior to meeting with us so our time was not wasted. She is honest and very prompt to respond to our questions/concerns. She has an eye for detail and didn't miss a trick. I'm glad we choose her as our realtor.
We would highly recommend her and we would hire her again.

We loved working with Shannon on our home purchase! Although this is our third home, we still appreciated her expert advice. She always listened to our needs and worked for our best interests. Her attentiveness (being available day or night) was spot on.

Shannon is great at what she does. Ever since the first house we looked at, I never, ever felt pushed; it almost felt like looking at houses with a friend. She would highlight the good and bad of each house so I could make the best decision. After seeing a few places, she already knew what I wanted (hardwood floors, a place for my dog, a fenced-in yard, etc.). She would only show me houses in my price range with the things I wanted.
The house I fell in love with ended up having some unforeseen termite damage. She fought to get the repairs complete (despite not having the most motivated contractor hired by the seller) so now everything is in working order. I always felt like I could trust her.
Another thing that I loved is how she was always right there if I needed to speak to her. I felt bad for how much I would call or text her but she would always be positive and tell me it was fine! This was my first home purchase so some of these messages were just about how worried or nervous I was at the moment. She would always say the most comforting thing: "Let me do all the worrying." Even now after I'm moved in, she writes me to ask how it's going and if I need anything.
I would most definitely recommend her in a heartbeat.
