Shannon and her team are incredibly adept at helping borrowers find great homes to purhcase. they are equally as efficient at then helping their clients get in to contract in this competitive marketplace for buyers. I have worked with her buyers and have been amazed at shannons ability to get so many buyers in to contract. it doesnt matter if her clients are first time buyers, in need of FHA loans or all cash buyers - her level of dedication and work ethic is very impressive.

Just bought a house with Shannon and Dan and they have been really professional throughout. This is our first home purchase in the US and we are completely lost most of the time. But Shannon and Dan walked us through the entire process and told us what to look out for, and how we can save money while getting the house we want.
Even after the house was bought, they provided help in the form of contacts and advice for repairs/renovations and made the entire ordeal that much easier to bear.

Very professional and excellent. Sold two homes for me. Did a great job. She did the staging worked with me during the remodeling and helped me choosing the paint colors,tiles,carpet----etc.I recommend her very highly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $900K in Los Gatos, CA.
Shannon was hosting an open house at one of her listings. We decided to put an offer in on the home and had been so impressed with Shannon that we asked her to act as a dual agent if it was acceptable with the selling party. She was competely professional and closed the deal. We bought at a time that the mortgage meltdown began and had approvals from lenders that went out of business at the 11th hour. Shannon helped us find additional lenders to get the deal done on time. She went above and beyond on the transaction.

And then I needed Shannon to sell my personal residence, she did just an awesome job! I can't believe how many late nights she spent dealing with the other side and making sure they were performing as well. We were able to close ahead of schedule and it went so smoothly.

Bought a home in 2012.
Daniel and Shannon were our agents when we bought a house in San Jose in 2012. Both of them worked really hard to help us buy the house that we would love, and were 100% on our side from the start to finish. They came up with a brilliant strategy to convince the seller to sell the house to us instead of other potential buyers as well as negotiating with the seller's agent to lower the price, which was totally beyond our expectations. They also offered very candid advice while we were looking for houses, which allowed us to apply objective criteria in determining which house to pursue. Whenever we had questions, they responded right away, and we often wondered if they ever rest.
We would recommend Daniel & Shannon to any buyer, and would love to work with them if we are ever involved in real estate purchases again.

Shannon was always helpful to me, even after the deal was done. She is a genuinely helpful person, and reliable. I also appreciated the way she respected me, even though I was going through some challenging times. She helped me get out of a house that I could no longer maintain, and she protected my interests. When I had to get some paperwork long after the house sale, she got to it right away, in the same way a friend or relative would. It is refreshing to know that there are people out there like her.

Shannon was very professional and accommodating during my home buying experience. It was first time for me and I was buying from a bank. Though she was bank appointed, she did look out for my interests genuinely and helped every step of the way. She made sure it was smooth and we never realized any difficulties that people mention while buying bank owned properties.
