Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Louisville, KY.
My wife and I would not have been able to sell our house as quickly as we did (offer within 2 weeks of listing) without the expertise and efficiency of our realtor, Shannon DeBeer. Shannon worked with us on a daily basis from beginning to end, and provided support, guidance and a reassuring voice in the midst of a troubling housing market every step of the way. Shannon maintained constant and timely communication with us and made herself available when we needed her. Shannon’s experience in the real estate industry was a tremendous asset in both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home, as both sales were taking place simultaneously. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shannon DeBeer to anyone looking to either sell their existing home, buy a new home, or both. Working with Shannon was one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Louisville, KY.
My husband and I decided to sell our home over the holidays, which we knew would be a challenge. We contacted Shannon DeBeer and explained that we were seeking a fair price for our current home and were looking for a larger home, with good schools, in a nice community, at a price we were comfortable with. She managed to do it all! Shannon helped us to stage our current home, took wonderful pictures, priced it well, and it sold in less than a month!!! She took care of all the inspections and repairs at a great price, walked us through the processes every step of the way, and was supportive and encouraging. We were in our new home in less than 3 months. We could not have asked for a better realtor! She is awesome!!
