Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Winchester, KY.
We had our house listed with another agent for over 6 months with little interest. We then inlisted Shari as our new agent. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great advice for us. I called to get some info on a house in Foster area, left a message more then once and finally got an e mail wanting to know if I was pre approved, Hello! I just was checking to see if I was even interested in your area. When I finally got the message two weeks had passed and I found another realator.
