Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We have bought and sold a LOT of properties over the years and Sharon and her husband Dennis were the best! They made the process simple from showing us exactly what we asked to see, staying on top of the listing agent and seller after we made an offer and making sure the closing happened exactly as expected. We wanted to make some improvements to the home and they also also had tremendous recommendations for local sub's to get everything done quickly and correctly. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150k in Lake Havasu City, AZ.Summary:
My experience working with Sharon was the most efficient and pleasant experience I've had with a realtor. Within three days of meeting her, we had found what we wanted and had our offer accepted on exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home in Lake Havasu City. After showing us a few homes and listening to our comments, Sharon actually found our home for us while we were out enjoying the lake on our boat. We wrote the offer Sunday night and returned to CA. By Monday afternoon it was accepted, and then Sharon handled everything for us through escrow without us having to return to LHC. She covered details I don't think I would have thought of if I was there.
After the close of escrow, Sharon has continued to contact us occasionally just to be sure we are finding everything we need in the city, and to let us know about local events.
I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. She knows the city very well, and also understands the details of home construction quality well enough to point them out on a tour of a home. It is obvious from Sharon's enthusiasm and dedication that she really enjoys her job too.…More Less

We connected, but it did not work out.Summary:
I contacted Ms. Atkin via email, describing our situation basically as "looking but not necessarily ready to buy in the near future." Further, we explained we are looking for a vacation home and gave a "want" list. Ms. Atkin emailed a few listings to us, but then we never heard from her again. We have since been in contact with another agent online who has sent us several listings.…More Less
