Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Cary, NC.
We called Sharon "cold" one day from a link we saw on this site, she picked up right away and met with us that day. We gave her a wishlist, location and price range and she got right to work, meeting us to define our wants and needs. She took a special interest in our quest for our home sweet home. She stayed in touch,updating us with possible houses to view, gave us tips on what to look for and what to look out for. Her attention to detail was amazing, she spotted everything that we did not. Extremely knowledgeable about the area, making recommendations without being pushy. We were very fussy and she was very patient. Bought a home in 2012.
We have been working with Sharon for the past year. She help me and my wife to find the perfect home we were looking for. She has been always responsive and available to our requests. She has an impressive knowledge of the house market in the triangle area (including Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill) and she demonstrated an attitude to constantly listen to our priorities and concerns in the buying process. She not only helped us finding the right home, but she followed us during the entire buying process, including making an offer, getting inspection and appraisal of the property, and finally closing. We would strongly recommend Sharon to anyone interested in buying a home in the triangle area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Cary, NC.
Sharon is a one of a kind realtor and we consider ourselves so lucky to have found her. She is the most professional, hard working, compassionate, loyal, and fun realtor we have ever encountered.
After listening to all our "must-haves" in our home/neighborhood, she managed to get us into a gorgeous custom-built home at a much lower price point than we expected (and find this perfect fit for us in one day!). Most realtors push for more expensive homes, but Sharon pushes you to do what is best for you and your family.
Most importantly, Sharon is there for you the ENTIRE process....from the very first showing to the day you move into your home, she is your point person and is incredibly loyal to you as you deal with the builders, lenders, etc etc. Even after closing, she stays in touch and gives us tips on things to do in the area.
