Bought a home in 2013.
I would recommend Sharon because she is diligent, determined and honest. It is always important to work with people you trust, and it is especially important when the market is in a flux. I interviewed four realtors in the SD market and chose to work with Sharon. The market is in a frenzy, and it takes a real professional to find the few opportunities that make sense.

We are really lucky to have Sharon as our agent. Sharon is very responsive and responsible.
She works very hard for us, often still send us emails at midnight. Sharon is also very creative, she always can find good ideas and ways to make the deal happen.
She is very considerate and nice, we totally trust her.

She was a pleasure to work with. She was diligent, quick, responsive and focused on my needs and price range. I was always able to rely on Sharon to respond immediately. Within a couple of weeks Sharon helped me find my dream home.
