Update: After a couple key updates, we relisted our condo with Shawn and it sold in less than 3 months! Condos are a tough sell, especially in this market but Shawn and his team never gave up and advertised our property to no end. Can't wait to purchase with Shawn and confidently recommend him to all!

When we decided to sell our home we picked Shawn because we had so often seen his name as a top lister and seller. 16 days after our house was listed we were in his office signing papers to sell our home and purchase another one that he had just listed. How could you ever beat that. He also has a very efficient team working with him. We highly recommend him.

Shawn Buryska helped us buy a house in NW Rochester in 2005. He also helped us sell our condo later that year. Shawn Buryska is the most knowledgeable person I know. His knowledge of the entire process of buying, selling, closing, household vendors, location, markets and home inspections is beyond belief. We can ask him anything and he knows a person that can help us with that issue. Even today we still call him for recommendations for roofers, builders, and other household vendors. We have recommended him to dozens of people and if or when we ever sell Shawn Buryska will be the first one we call. He is professional, friendly, and never gives up. Before buying our current home, I worked with him twice, looking for a smaller home, but never purchased because my situation changed. When we contacted him again, he did not hesitate to represent us. You will have no regrets working with Shawn Buryska.

In looking for a realtor to sell the condo Shawn was the one we chose, he took time to meet with us, answered our questions and came prepared with detailed information about the property that we going to sell. His knowledge of the housing market is exceptional. He advised us to refurbish and gave us tips, his marketing was excellent as he markets in many different areas, with excellent details to the brochure. He stayed in touch and updated us on everything the minute it happened even the showings and the results of the showings. The experience with Shawn and his team was great it, couldn’t have been better! Shawn and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and willing to help even after hours, seven days a week. If the need ever arises to sell or buy Shawn will definitely be the one that we would call on.

Sold a home in 2011.
Shawn did a fantastic job for us. He laid out a very clear plan from the start for how we were going to go about selling the house. He was goal-oriented and persistent. We asked him to bring us a buyer and he did it within 1 month despite it being a very difficult market. We enjoyed working with his whole team and they made the entire process easy and seamless. We would definitely highly recommend Shawn.
