Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.0M in Hermosa Beach, CA.
We had a great time searching for houses with Shawn. He was very helpful and didn't try to tell us what we wanted to hear just to get a sale. Shawn bent over backwards for us and did everything he could to work around our schedule and needs. Thank you again Shawn, I will recommend you any and every time!

Sold a home in 2012.
The complete professional! Shawn answered all questions in a manner that reflected his knowledge of the Manhattan Beach area. I could not ask for more in terms of responsiveness.... all questions, concerns, requests were followed-up in a timely and efficient manner. Would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a positive real estate experience!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $800K in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
Shawn is the kind of guy that gets things done. Period. I recently recommend him to a friend and they worked tirelessly to help him find a second home in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. It's obvious that his strong work ethic has helped him achieve a number of successes in his career. Now if I could only find a way to deal with people like him on a consistent basis!

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 for approximately $900K in Manhattan Beach, CA.
Shawn has been an absolute blessing to deal with! By far, he's one of the most creative Realtors we've ever dealt with. Not only did show us the benefits of purchasing rather than renting, but he also provided attentive service and walked us through the entire process. He definitely knows a lot about the area and his ability to break down concepts to help us see the end goal was invaluable.

Shawn is a very intelligent, positive individual. I have had the pleasure of working with him during one of the biggest decisions of my life: purchasing my first home! Bought a home in 2012.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Shawn on the sale of this property, in which he was the listing agent and we were the buyers. He was honest, dependable and very responsive. Shawn went the extra mile to put this deal together. His professionalism and outgoing personality during escrow were enlightening to us. We appreciate having the opportunity of working with Shawn and look forward to working with him again. Now the only problem is waiting to move into our dream home!

Found a tenant for a Multiple Occupancy home in Manhattan Beach, CA.
the rental business seems to have changed in the last few years. people don't drive along the street looking for signs as much as in years past. and not so many seem to use the rental sites. i was experiencing a low volume of potential renters for my Strand apt. until I signed with Shawn and suddenly I had plenty of possibles. i can only guess the the more upscale tenants tend to search through realtor multiple listings. Shawn's gracious, honest and patient manner I'm sure was helpful and both tenant and owner could feel trust in him

During the initial stages of the process, Shawn helped us find listings that would suit our picky tastes and walked us through the available tradespace given multiple bid situations. Initially, we had no idea how many different aspects of an offer were up for negotiation and Shawn helped us craft the right offer given our risk preference and desire to be competitive.
Aside from being an expert on the process, Shawn was extremely committed to us as clients. In one instance he was on vacation in China when we needed to put in an offer. When we called him, he took a pause from his vacation to make sure our offer was submitted on time - despite the time difference and plans he made with his family. I think that speaks volumes for Shawn's work ethic and concern for his clients. Going the extra mile is an understatement!
After we found out home, he made the process simple. One aspect that I particularly loved was how Shawn used docusign. This service allowed us to sign the plethora of documents electronically and limited the drain on our time, which is something I valued immensely. He also made sure we had all our loose ends tied up so we were able to close on time and without issue. Further, since we were first time buyers, we needed the extra hand holding. As such, Shawn was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and made sure our minds were at ease.
We just moved in and are loving our home! We could never have done it without Shawn and his expertise - many thanks!
