Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Santa Maria, CA.
Shea is set apart from the rest.
Although neither one of us had a crystal ball to carry around that would have predicted the pricing fluctuations within the market, to this day I feel that I received a more than fair deal, from an honest and dependable partner.
He wasnt just my real estate agent, he was my partner from start to finish. He saw me through the process, prepared me, guided me and most importantly listened to me. Not once did I feel he was trying to rush me through, not once did I feel he had his interests above my own. He was great with the kiddos and the question asking, assertive, at times demanding home buyer - I guess that would be me?
If you want someone that you can hold to a higher standard, he would be the guy. His staff is amazing as well. Attentive, personable and responsive.
Almost two years later, I look at my kids enjoying my beautiful home, I pull up from a long day at work, or I wake up in the morning still in awe that I was able to accomplish one of my main goals in life.

Bought a home in 2009.
Shea is the number one realtor in the Santa Maria area for a reason.
Shea Hutchinson is the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with.
All the other "real estate agents" that we worked with prior to Shea failed us miserably.
We signed the (first) contract for the house we ultimately purchased at 10PM on a Sunday evening. I personally carry several of his business cards in my wallet to hand out to people looking to sell or buy a home. Shea Hutchinson is the best there is, period.…More Less

The home we purchased was one of those perfect timing situations, which couldn't have been achieved if Shea and his assistant Deanna weren't as efficient or reliable as they were. Shea came highly recommended to us and it was clear why his reputation proceeded him. He is well respected by realtors from numerous agencies as well as those he conducts business with on a regular basis.
Needless to say we are more than pleased with the service and treatment we received by Shea and his team! We will most definitely be referring anyone who is in the market to buy or sell to Shea!…More Less
