Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Mill Creek, WA.
Shelia Simmons was the perfect choice to sell our home(s)! We first made contact with Shelia in 2011 and selected her as our agent to sell a “getaway” vacation property based on a relatives recommendation from inside the industry.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Stanwood, WA.
i am so impressed. we learned a lot from her. she actually showed us and taught us what kinds of things to be aware of, when to be leary, and when all was ok!!! she was painfully obvious- and i say that with great respect and gratitude!!! she was aperfect agent for us and i will never buy another house without her!!! or sell one!!! would recommend her to any one serious about buying a new HOME!!!!!…More Less
