    Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
    I had a house I needed to rent for one of my clients. The house needed a lot of TLC and the client preferred to have the work done by the renter for a reduced rent. Sheri aggresively showed the house (togehter with help from her staff) until she found the perfect renter. She also made herself available during the negotiation period and gave me excellent advise throughout the lease signing period. It is easy to see why she has become a successful realtor. She has both the talent and the knowledge needed she really looks out for her clients best interests.…More Less

    Found a tenant for a Miscellaneous home in Mid Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA.
    Sheri Bienstock and her staff, especially Stephanie are amazing!
