Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Methuen, MA.
Sheri sold our house within days of listing it! She was very thorough and organized. She responded to our calls and emails promptly and was professional and very friendly. She made a stressful process less so with her expertise. I would recommend Sheri to anyone looking for a real estate agent. It was a pleasure to do business with her.

Dear Sheri Trocchi,
Thank you so much for your help in finding us our family home! House hunting with a 3 year old and 2 month old might sound difficult to some people, but you made it so easy for us. As you know, my preschooler has come to see you as a new family friend, and even asked when we were going to go look at houses with you again (we had to explain to her that we had definitely settled on the "yellow house" so we didn't need to look any more)! I appreciated that you were always ready to show us more options, but also checked in on how intensely we wanted to pursue finding a house quickly. I really feel like we saw the full range of houses that were available, but actually ended up buying the very first one you showed us. I think you had a great sense of what we would like, and asked us great questions right from the get-go to narrow it down. We love the town, love the house and love the yard. I have already started a compost bin in the back, and can't wait to garden in the spring!
The whole experience was actually exciting. We didn't feel overwhelmed by what we didn't know about real estate, but rather felt that our opinions were important, and that our experience with buying our previous home was valued, and that you were offering further knowledge and experience that could help us in our choice.
Thanks again... looking forward to seeing you around town!
Sheri Trocchi helped us to sell acreage in Hamilton. With her contacts and marketing effort, we were negotiating an offer within the first few days on the market. She was also instrumental in seeing the process to close.
At the start of the sales process, I had a very clear picture of how much my home was worth and what my timing to market should be. Once Sheri completed her assessment of my home and the market conditions, she had the unenviable task of not only coaching me to a more realistic price, but urging me to complete my preparations to be ready for market much sooner than I had anticipated. Despite my initial resistance, she professionally maintained her position and had faith in her data. Sheri’s preparation guidance not only helped me to realize a full-price offer on my house, but her awareness of market timing also ensured that I hit the market at exactly the right time to sell far faster than I had ever thought possible.
Sheri’s work only just began with that offer. In order to complete the transaction, there were a few issues that required resolution from the inspection process. I was never short of amazed that whatever service or profession I needed to get something done; Sheri knew somebody who could do it.
I cannot thank her enough for not only getting my house to market at the right time and at the right price, but for her ongoing patience and perseverance through inspections to purchase and sale and finally to closing!

I cannot say enough of working with Sheri Ayers-Trocchi as my Real Estate Agent. She has that “old school” professional work ethic you don’t see as often anymore.
Sheri searched the market looking for properties that met my criteria, even reaching out to expired and off market homes as possible options. In this spring’s volatile market, timing was of the essence, she was ALWAYS timely when meeting for appointments. Sheri and I put in NUMEROUS offers on properties and she was always right on the ball. My offer would be put together and emailed to me in minutes. However, with the volatile market and my property selling being a contingency, sellers were choosing first time home buyers over my offer. All this rejection had taken a toll on me but Sheri was there to help boost me up and keep me positive so we could forge ahead.
On the last house I viewed, she happened to be out of the state for a few days with her family but continued to take my calls setting up the viewing of the property with a covering associate. Still, while away on vacation, she took the time to put my offer together and begin negotiations. Ultimately, this led to successfully buying my dream home.
