    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Gulf Breeze, FL.
    Over the last 18 years we have used several local area realtors as we bought, sold, and rented single family homes, condos, commercial real estate, and residential lots.     Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Gulf Breeze, FL.
    Sherlyn was incredibly understanding of our needs for the sale of our house and was extremely helpful in getting our house ready for sale, especially since we now live out of town. It is because of her knowledge and expertise that we were able to sell our house in the first week it was on the market and get close to asking price.
