Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Brighton, CO.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Frederick, CO.
Sherri is very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate and was extremely helpful with the selling and buying process for us. She helped us from the very beginning of the process in preparing our house to put it on the market and gave us advice on what to do and how to stage the house to set it up for a great show home to the very end of the process on closing day and the many details and technicalities that we needed to know. She listed our house on MANY multiple websites and got the most out of marketing that we could get. We had our first showing within 45min. of listing it and 7 more showing in the following week. After just 8 days on the market, we had an offer and Sherri was great at negotiating and walking us through the details. We had to scramble to find a new house but Sherri did an excellent job finding us properties that fit our needs and expectations. We fell in love with a "new build" house and Sherri used her negotiating skills to help us get the deal that we felt was the best.
