When my husband and I walked into Keller Williams Realty in Sandpoint, ID with questions about a possible relocation to the area we were introduced to Sherry. For the few days that we remained in town Sherry made herself readily available, answered all our questions and was forthcoming with information. She showed us numerous properties and though we did not find a property on this trip to ID we have decided to continue to work with only Sherry on subsequent trips. Bought a home in 2011.
Sherry was an excellent real estate agent and has become a friend. She was very understanding when it came to what we wanted in our property search. She did not try to sell us more than we could afford and was able to locate several houses within our buying parameters. She was a very fierce negotiator on our behalf and completely had our best interests in mind. She also showed us the areas we did not know and rather than making a quick sale she was very upfront about possible problem areas and concerns prior to showing us a property.She is great!!!…More Less

Sherry called me as soon as I contacted her through the internet and stayed in touch as I made plans to travel from out-of-state for a look see in her area of Idaho. She made her time available to me for the three days I was in town, making me a priority, listening to my requirements for property, setting appts for viewings and driving me anyplace I wanted to go. I did not purchase at this time, but Sherry was all patience and kindness for me. I will not consider working with anyone else.…More Less
