Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Louisville, KY.
Sherry is a wonderful realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone in Louisville looking to buy or sell their home. She helped my husband and I sell our home and move into the home of our dreams! She truly listened to all of our wants/needs in a home and found us the perfect home at a great price! She is a tough but smart negotiator, we were very glad to have her on our side. She got us a great deal on our old home and the one we bought. We were very stressed and overwhelmed about selling our house and buying a new one, but she was great about explaining every step, helping us through the process, and taking away the stress of buying a new home. She was also very fun to look at houses with, we were very comfortable with her.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Louisville, KY.
My experience with Sherry has been wonderful. She listed my home back in 2010, had some lookers just no takers. We discussed renting the home, and that's where we stand today. The renters I have, I could not be more blessed. thanks Sherry.... Also, If I ever have questions about things going on she is always there to answer them.
