Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Atlanta, GA.
When we decided to buy a house in Dunwoody area, we contacted 3 real estate agents based on the flyers we found in our neighborhood. We talked to all three agents and eventually decided to go with Maria. Now, after more than six months of living in the house we bought, I can truly say that it was one of the best decisions we made. While working with Maria, we always felt that she was on our side and looking for our good, not just any agent trying to sell the house. She was very prompt in answering any of our concerns. Maria has become our friend now and we will definitely call her again if we need to sell / buy house and have recommended her to friends and relatives.

Earlier this year I worked with Maria Livingston, of The Sherry and Maria Team
Keller Williams Realty Consultants, to find a new home. Maria and her team were very helpful with daily online updates of available homes to view, answers and suggestions. She was prompt in returning calls and making the paper work simple to handle and to understand. I would not hesitate to call Maria again if I was looking to sell or buy a home. I feel she truly has her clients best interest and needs at heart.

Working with Joy to find just the right home for our family was such a joy (pun intended). We were very particular and looked at TONS of homes over the course of a year. She was extremely patient with us and very professional. She was always available to show us a home at the drop of a hat. She was always very objective when helping us weigh the pros and cons of different homes. She put a lot of time in with our family and we appreciate her very much! Dealt with Sherry only. Very quick to return calls. Had good suggestions and acted quickly to resolve issues. Very thoughtful of our needs. Had a contract the day after listing......I'm sure there was some luck involved but can't help but think the Sherry and maria Team had a lot to do with it. I was very pleased with the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Maria Livingston as my selling agent, and Joy Bowman as my buying agent. Both women were professional and responsive. Maria sold my home in less than two months AT MY ASKING PRICE! And Joy truly helped us buy our forever home--she gave us her (much appreciated and very helpful) opinion when we needed it, and helped us figure out what we were looking for in a home. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent!

Due to financial difficulties my house was going to be foreclosed on if I did not find a realtor that could assist me in getting it sold...QUICK. I interviewed three Realtors and Sherry's professionalism and knowledge was obvious. Sherry got my house listed and marketed immediately. Her knowledge of the Short Sale process was more than I could have expected or asked for. She handled both my banks with such efficiency and knowledge that I hardly had to get involved. It was as if she "buffered" me from the entire process. Losing your home is difficult, especially being a single mom due to a divorce so having Sherry on my side was priceless. I would highly recommend this team for any of your real estate needs whether it be buying or selling.

The Sherry and Maria team came very highly recommended to us, so I sent them an email. I was contacted very quickly back and that's when we got to meet Maria. She came to our house and before we ever started talking about business she took the time to get to know me and my husband. She thoroughly explained how her and her team work, their selling strategy, and what she felt the best price point would be for our home and in our market. I think what impressed me the most is that Maria was also patient. It tooks us a few weeks to get our house ready to be put on the market, and Maria did not push us at all. She respected the fact that we had other things going on besides selling our house. When we finally did go on the market, we got an offer very quickly, and Maria really helped us in the negotations, making sure we got a fair deal, and understanding the expectations of the buyers.
It was such a pleasure to work with Maria. She is professional, caring and just a joy! I would higly recommend her to anyone who is interested in selling their home.
