This is my first to write a review. I really want to express my appreciation for Rob. I have been house hunting for 1 year. Rob had never been pushy to make the deal and he always gave us honest opinion. A few times our offer failed to beat the others, he gave us valuable advice and stay rational. Without him, we might've paid the house over priced. Finally, our offer got accepted. Throughout all the process, like negotiation, inspection, and appraisal, he really helped us to get the best price for the house. He always thinks in our position and gave us the professional advices. We successfully knocked down lower than we expected. He charged us just $5995 for many showing, making many offers, and all the free advices. The rebate was a lot and it wasn't a dream. All in all, Rob really did a great job. He wants us to buy a house that we love and at a reasonable price. We could never expect a Buyer agent could be so valuable and it's alot better than traditional agents.…More Less
