We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in CT
I met Lori only once and it was due to a return call from her. Even though she knew right from the beginning of our conversation, that I was already working with a Realtor, that was also a good friend. Lori was very helpful, educational, pleasant, and made me feel like I'd known her for a long time. I'll tell you, She has to be good. For me to actually take the time to type this out is something for me!

Sold a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Waterford, CT.
Lori was superb in helping me sell a condo in a tough market time. I interviewed a number of agents in the area but no one met the standards that I was looking for. We set up a game plan to sell the property in one month or less. I did my own research for the area and Lori gave me her honest suggestions what we needed to do to sell the property. Even though there were four units for sale and one unit was two doors down. We were able to sell the property within one week and with multiple offers on the property. I was also able to close the same month. Lori is very professional and attentive of the business and uses all the resources at her disposal. I would highly recommend her to my friends and any one else. I am very pleased with her work.
