He works closely with his clients and is sensitive to the clients’ frustrations with the process and their not having the answers when dealing with the bank. Pat is without a doubt well versed in the art of the short sale. He helped me short sell my Walnut Creek condo. I had two loans through Wells Fargo (traditional mortgage and initial home equity loan). He was able to get Wells Fargo to sign off on both loans once I had an all-cash buyer lined up.
