Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Benicia, CA.Summary:
Pat Lewis represented my son and me in the purchase of a foreclosed residence. He is a highly competent and able real estate professional. He negotiated a very favorable deal with some unusual financing, was always responsive to questions and addressed and advised on the many details involved in buying California real estate.
I have dealt with many real estate brokers and agents in 60 years of practicing law (not in California) and can truly say he was among the best, if not the best. I would not have felt comfortable in the deal without his counsel and guidance.…More Less

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Patrick Lewis is not Just a very good Agent but he is very helpful and kind person, It was a blessing to me and my family avoiding foreclosed. Our Case was really the worst, It was only 2days that we almost Foreclose and he help us thru the loophole by helping us with 2 of our Banks, Bank of America and Green Tree..He is the best on what he does.
I never met anyone like him in the field of Real Estate, He works with a Big Heart
He is honest and true person, He dont go around the bush. He abides with law.
I would really recommend him especially to those Family who felt like there was no Hope after Shortsale...…More Less

Hello... I am a Short Sale Listing Broker-Associate. My very unique ability to negotiate with lenders has enabled me to have EVERY Short Sale listing approved by the lender(s).
I fight with all I have and escalate files until I get the lender(s) to see why it is best for all to short sale. I am also very successful at having ALL debt forgiven on even seconds and thirds!
What I would say if you are considering listing your home for sale is to look at the agents ability to successfully complete short sales. Not that they have some CDPE designation, which is not a bad thing but in no way means they can do a good job for you.
Also, I complete short sales all over California. So no matter where in Northern California you home is, I will join the local MLS (Very Important) if not already affiliated or affiliated via another MLS. I will fully market your home and most important is I will guide you through a very stressful sale process trying to make it as easy for you and your family as possible.
I will also tell you if I feel it may not be in your best interest to Short Sale. Usually it is best, but there arre times it may not be and could be very costly yo you.
So forget all the he said/she said about Short Sales and call or email me for the "Facts" in California.
I hope I can hear from you in the future and exceed your expectations!!
