    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Norwalk, CT.
    Jason was great the whole way through.

    No bs, told it like it was, weekly updates, great communicator. Was out in front of everything. Dealing with our lender, the bank, the lawyer, the seller, seller's agent and attorney etc. Nice to have someone on your side who really knows what they are doing.

    We had a short sale and we were VERY pleased with the result.

    Selling a house can be very stressful, but it is particularly stressful and unpleasant when it's due to other negative changes in your life. Given our circumstances coupled with the fact that our house was going to sell short, we were anticipating a difficult battle and lengthy process. Jason was just the right person to handle this for us. His knowledge and experience in this area of real estate was evident throughout. He never promised anything he couldn't deliver, and kept a positive outlook the entire time. He remained professional and sensitive and always kept us informed. The end result was proof.     Jason is the founder and Broker of Milligan Realty. com. Before starting his own brokerage firm he was a top agent at one of the big national brokerage firms. In 2003, Jason became frustrated with the bureaucracy of the large office and opened the doors to a more responsive, technologically advanced way to help people with their Real Estate needs.

Jason is the Chairman of the board of tax assessment appeals, a member of Short Sale Blogthe New Canaan Board of Realtors, the grievance committee and the MLS Task Force. He also plays in the New Canaan Softball, Paddle Tennis and Touch Football leagues.
