Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Happy Valley, OR.
Denise was a fantastic realtor. She was referred to us by a friend of ours. She took the time to immediately contact us about a meeting. From day one, Denise was looking out for our best interest. In a tight housing market, she was able to show us many houses that were in our price range. Denise never once tried to show us something we couldn't afford (which I have heard many realtors do). The best part of it all, Denise help us find a house in less than 6 weeks in market where some are looking for months and years.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Powellhurst Gilbert, Portland, OR.
I am a first time home buyer and went into it pretty blind. Denise was kind, patent and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Portland housing market. She walked me through everything and really made me feel comfortable. She was prompt when returning my calls and texts and she was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her if you are looking for the perfect home.

Denise was friendly, knowledgeable, and always got back to me with answers. She found me a great home and was there for me every step of the way since I am a first time home buyer. I needed guidance through the entire process which she provided by working with my schedule and following up to let me know how things were progressing. I would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home, especially first timers.

Denise was a fantastic guide through our homebuying process. She took us to many houses, reminded us what our priorities were when we got off track, and gave us perspective and direction when we got discouraged. She has an exceptional network of professionals that we tapped into throughout our buying and inspection process, most significantly, she referred us to a wiz of a mortgage broker. I truly felt Denise was invested in finding us the right home, and not simply selling us a house. All in all, if you have the chance to work with Denise, you will have dedicated, resourceful and competent agent on your side.

My experience with Denise has been nothing short of exceptional. She is completely dedicated to finding the right home for each individual family.
