Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Edmond, OK.
Ryan sold two of my homes over the past six years. He has a multi-channel approach to marketing a home, so there is no question that his homes will get traffic, and a ton of it. He even has his homes all over the social media networks, which ultimately ended up getting our home a spot on the Today Show. I don't recommend many, but I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan. He is a brilliant marketer.

Sold a home in 2013.
Ryan Hukill was an amazing agent to work with. From the moment our home was listed, the viewings started almost immediately- and continued almost non stop until we got an offer that we accepted around the 36th day on the market. Considering that our home was a very specific rustic contemporary property that needed a unique buyer, this was faster than we ever thought possible. Ryan and his team go all out to work with their clients, and his marketing efforts for his clients are unparallelled.
If you want an agent that goes way beyond the listing and sitting around waiting for the phone to ring- Ryan is your guy.

Sold a home in 2012.
Listing our home with Ryan was one of the simplest decisions we made when selling our house. Through the entire process we felt he was always looking out for our best interest and doing everything he could to help sell our home. His use of fantastic photography and utilization of social media set him apart from everyone else.

Ryan is the best at what he does. THE BEST. I was in a hurry to sell my home because i took a job out of state. Having a home for sale 2000 miles away wasn't easy, but Ryan made it a breeze.
