Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
There is no doubt in my mind we would not have been able to move in the timeframe we needed without help from Jeff Sibbach and his team (Alex Lebouton and Stacy Hegardt). He was able list and sell our house for list price in just under 4 weeks. Highly recommended and realistic agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
We recently bought a home in North Scottsdale and the experience with Jeff, Lynn, Coco was and their support team was in one word -- amazing. i don't write reviews usually but I had to for this team. We live in CA so everything had to be done remotely, for the most part, and they are incredibly responsive and were an extension of us to get thru the maze of purchasing a home. They are able to be personally connected and also use technology to everyone's advantage to get things done effectively and efficiently.
Also, we outlined what type of home we wanted and within one day they nailed it. They listened and made this entire experience easy and actually fun.
Highly recommend the team.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
Jeff helped us recently to buy a new home and sell ours. Jeff and his entire team were responsive, professional and knowledgable. We had several complications on the buy side and Jeff handled them in an exceptional manner while keeping us calm and the process flowing smoothly. His negotiation skills were very evident. His whole team was not only high in expertise, they were a pleasure to work with.
On the sell side, Jeff sold our home in ONE day! He guided us as to what we needed to do to get the property ready and was there with support and references for service people when we needed them.
We would definitely use the Sibbach team again. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Bought a home in 2012.
I have purchased many properties in the last 15 years and I have never had a Realtor with knowledge of the realty market and all the ins and outs to make a deal work as Jeff and Stacey (part of his team), both, made the purchase of our home a very easy road-map. In these difficult times you MUST have someone that can guide you day by day; Jeff is the one. I wouldn't think twice about using him for all my real estate purchases.

You cannot buy a house without home work done yourself, and apart from that you can leave everything on Jeff.
WE were first time home buyers, very sceptical about everything and were not sure how would we sail through everything, but with Jeff it was a very pleasant experience.
He will ensure he gives his peace of mind about a good or a bad decision you are about to make. Jeff will understand your needs and help you through the entire phase of your home shopping, untill you find what you are looking for. He is upfront and very very honest, which you will definitely appreciate.
By the end of the entire process you will get so used to meeting him and talking and sharing your thoughts, that you would not want to let him go :)
That is what my husband and I think about Jeff, just go to him and forget your worries.

Sold a home in 2011.
Jeff Sibbach sold our house in less then 26 days. Jeff was very confident that he would sell our home in less then 45 days, but he did it in 26 days and for higher price then our expectation, and then he worked very hard to find our next dream home. Both selling our home and purchasing our next dream home was a great experience. My wife and I recommend Jeff for his professional way of handling our needs.
Jeff kept every promise that he made. We recommend Jeff very highly, because he is a happening guy and a person of integrity.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Pinnacle Peak, Scottsdale, AZ.
We had been looking around for a home in the North Scottsdale area for a few years. We contacted Jeff Sibbach through a friend who had just recently found a house and we have also been successful in finding a home. Jeff took the time to determine what we wanted and focused our search to find the right home. He made the whole process run smoothly, from negotiating the offer to the closing. Jeff also has gone the extra mile and helped us with finding the right people to get the house ready to live in. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a home!
