    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Montebello, CA.
    Mr. Erdelyi was excellent throughout the process purchasing .y new home and completing a short sale on my previous home. He was very knowledgable, professional, and always available throughout both transactions.     Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.0M in Culver City, CA.
    My first encounter with Sierus was through email after I had listed a home on Zillow as a For Sale by Owner. He contacted me to help guide me sell our home, and informed me of pitfalls to look out for.     Working with Sierus was such a great experience. Everything went so smooth and we count ourselves really lucky to have purchased our first home (short sale) through Sierus & TruLine Real Estate.     Sierus' business partner, Stacie Torres Nyborg is also a real estate attorney, having completed her undergraduate degree from Yale and graduating from the USC School of Law in 2008 and now specializes in real estate development and helping clients in distressed property situations.
