We were blessed with both Ray, his team, and the unbelievable rate we obtained from Caliber. We received an interest rate on our jumbo loan that is typical of a standard conventional loan rate. We had a back-up loan application application with another lender paralleling Caliber as a back-up even though that other lender's rate was 7/8th's higher at the going rate. From start to finish, Ray did an excellent job for us. He was a great guide not only for the loan but also for real estate negotiations. He recommended an agent for homeowners insurance that saved us considerable amount of money. If I have to do another loan, I would go to Ray again.

I would highly recommend Ray to help you with your financial needs. We just finished doing a home refinance with him and everything went extremely smooth. I was a bit nervous to go with someone I had found over the internet, that I had never actually met. However, nobody else could even come close to beating his rates. Anytime I had any questions, he would respond to my emails almost immediately. We did go over the 30 day rate lock, but he promised me that they would not charge us a fee if it was not a fault of mine. We went over by only a few days, but at no cost to me. The whole process was very smooth, much better than I had anticipated. If you are considering using Ray, do it, you won't be disappointed!
