Bought a home in 2011.
My realtor was Eileen Cowley. I had a great experience with her. I was a first time home buyer and she was able to guide me through the entire process. I was very nervous and scared and she was able to ease my mind the whole time. Eileen didn't just stop after I bought my place (which I love!), she continued to make sure I was ok after I moved in. I highly recommend her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Bradley Beach, NJ.
Eileen Cowley was a great help to us. We called from out of state and told her what we were interested in. We viewed dozens of house online with her. We schedule a day and saw 10 houses in our price range.. She was very knowledgeable about the properties and their locations. She negotiated a fair price for us and helped find legal and mortgage help. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Eileen and her team.

Chris is very responsive to all my questions. If he is not available, he calls back right away. He bends over backwards to help in any way he can whether it's selling your home or helping you find a new one. Most agents like to be tied to one county. Chris will help you buy or sell a home regardless of where you want to buy (obviously within reasonable distance).
Even when you are not ready to make a decision, he keeps in touch in a polite way without getting annoying or overbearing.
He's a go getter and I would recommend him to all my friends.
