Sold a home in 2004.
My agent is Ramona Riss and she is phenomenal, energetic, honest, highly motivated and experienced and will save you money whether you are buying or selling. I used her to sell 7 of my properties in San Jose when I was trying to do a 1031 exchange and we had to sell them all in 45 days. I don;'t know how she did it but we sold every one of them and I got top dollar on the sales also. She is highly dependable and is always working. She is very concerned about you as an individual and seeks to find the type of house you want and at the price you want.
I have known her since 2004 and whenever I am buying, leasing or renting my property, I seek out Ramona for advice because she is the most informed person I know and can find valuable information I may need about real estate and she knows where to find it. Listed, but didn't sell my Townhouse home in 2011 in Berryessa, San Jose, CA.
I think of Ramona Riss as my real estate guardian angel. I found myself in the unenviable position of being in an unaffordable mortgage. I had actually contacted Ramona to discuss a short sale. I was sad to find myself in this spot, but after years of unsuccessful attempted negotiations with my lender I was at the end of my rope.
Ramona walked in and instead of going for the sure sale, she spent time with me to figure out if there was any other options that might work for me. She was extremely knowledgeble about HAMP which my lender had initially said I was not qualified for. Ramona said I was and she coached me through recontacting the lender and INSISTING on access to this process/modification. Ultimately, after months the loan was modified allowing me to remain in my home.
It was a lucky day when Ramona walked in. When the time comes to sell my home, I will not hesitate one second to call Ramona.…More Less
