I can highly recommend Silke. She really knows her job well. She was working with me on the budget I had set and was honest and realistic about it (It might not have been necessarily what I wanted to hear, but it was the reality). Everything went fast and smooth. I did contact her at the beginning of February and had the keys to my house on April 5th. She not only over exceeded my time frame expectations but also found me the perfect house. Even though the house market is very difficult for buyers this year (not many houses to choose from and high competition), she made it happen for me. She found me a house exactly in the area that I was looking for. It is the cutest house ever and with her knowledge of the current real-estate market (and I mean current! It changes so fast nowadays) we were able to put in a competitive offer. My offer was accepted out of !!50!! offers. I couldn't believe it my self; with all the negative stories I heard from family and friends, how they got outbid by investors every time, I thought the same would happen to me, but it did not, even though investors bid on the house too. She just new exactly how to put in the offer. She also mad sure that the house was in good condition and had the seller fix a few expensive items. Now that I have lived at my new house for a month now, I could not be happier. If i ever need to sell this house or buy another one, I will definitively go back to her. On a side note, she also works with a real good mortgage guy, that got me the best deal too (I had quotes from 3 different places) he was the best to and recommended by her. Over all a very good experience. So if you are looking to buy or sell, give her a call it will be worth it.

Reviewed as a buyer's agent. Silke invested a lot of time into ensuring we got the property we wanted and guided us through the offer process. Negotiating on our behalf in a sellers' market, she secured concessions from the sellers that we initially thought we could not get in a competitive market. She also linked us to a lender with great service and very competitive rates.

Silke was very professional and persistent in getting to the end goal of selling my home. Having to deal with the bank for a short sale is not an easy task but she was up for the challenge and after two buyers (one fell through) and a year of going back and forth with the bank she was able to get the deal done.

I gave her 4 stars in process expertise, not because of what she did but due to another agent that had been assigned to work on my project. The other agent seemed overwhelmed and not as responsive as Silke was. When the deadline was coming near, and the other agent was not responding in a timely manner, Silke assigned my project to another agent that took the reigns and got the home sold. All in all, i am very satisfied with her services.

I highly recommend Silke as a realtor. We were new to the area, and she very patiently showed us many, many homes in the area we thought we wanted. She didn't try and push any alternatives, but when we finally realized we needed to change direction she was there with recommendations that led us to find the home we purchased. Silke is a very strong negotiator, and was 100% there for us as we worked our way through appriasal issues and a demanding out of state lender.

Finally, Silke helped us with local knowledge about the contractors and landscapers we needed for our new home.

Super reliable, informative and patient, she is the ideal realtor. She helped is to remain positive in a very difficult market.

Silke was very professional and responsive while helping sell a house. She answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Her email responses were coming as fast as text messages. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire selling process and explained every step in detail so we knew exactly what was going on.
