...aftermajoring inarchitecture and engineering at Brooklyn Tech,Simon went on to study Economics atNYU.In 1988Simonstarted real estate brokerage at Harbor Cove Realty, on Main St in Sag Harbor.Sag Harboris a year round seaside town in the trueheart of the world famous Hamptons. Simon is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in other states.

In the next 16 years at Harbor Cove, he managed the advertising schedules,with photos and ad copy that complemented the properties' strengths, yet disclosed the weaknesses, so that buyers and sellers were educated effectively. As a result Simon listed and sold hundreds of small and large houses, and parcels of landfrom a quarter acre in the woods to23 acres on the oceanin Sagaponack. Simon has also sold a variety of Restaurants, Office Buildings, Storefronts, and entire subdivisions of land, most notably the 29 lot waterfront parcel, for the Swanson Family in Noyac, The Sag Harbor Beach Club, (a 14 unit condo develpoment that was converted back to a single family home), the JLX Restauraunt bldg, and the former site of Harbor Cove, which is now a century 21 office, andthe "Fort Apache" bldg that houses La Superica and many other storefronts.Simon recently sold a building that is now being converted to condos.

Simon opened up his own firm on the Long Wharf, and still sells the small and the large to people from all over Sag Harbor's zip code, NYC,...and the rest of the world. He has a small firm in a large office right next to Bay St Theatre, and across from The Chamber of Commerce's Windmill. Simon Harrison's solid name in the community, premium office location and hisimmediate use of the latest technology... has not only leveled the playing field with the big corporations, but has secured his reputation as a player in The Hamptons Real Estate Market.
