Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $825K in Sag Harbor, NY.
At my closing, I was promised verbally and in writing that a hot tub would be repaired
and would be in working order when I took possession of the house, Unfortunately,
it was not, and I was then lied to by both Simon and his pool repair
company. who claimed that the hot tub was indeed in working order, but mysteriously
broke while it is off during the time it took me to move in.

Thanks for reviewing me and my firm, and thank you for buying my listing in June of last year. In reviewing this situation just through archived emails, I saw several emails that your broker wrote me where he said that Sparkling Pools went in and made repairs more than once until it was working, and at closing it was working. We know it was over 20 years old and my client, the seller, would have fared better by just buying a new one, but you got copies of those paid repair bills and the warranties associated with that work, yes? There were also several emails that your agent wrote about you not moving in but renting the house. Since you are just posting this concern now, and the Prudential no longer does business in town, maybe one of your tenants can help you with the mystery prior to your possession?
Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $1.225M in Southampton, NY.
Simon Harrison Real Estate Brokers listed and sold my waterfront house in half the time we thought it might take in 2009, when selling real estate was kind of scary. We got what we needed in spite of the challenges in the marketplace. There were structural issues as a ceiling in one of the bedrooms had a water problem, and the pool permit was out of date, but every one of the people in the crew were knowledgeable and knew how to troubleshoot all of the issues, get them solved, and get a deal that worked well for us. John, Ginny and Simon all played a big part to navigate different offers that they generated, but dozens of brokers came and showed the house. They obviously have experience, as they inspired and motivated all the brokers from the area with open houses, and I saw my house advertised on more websites than I could have counted. They are helping another family member the next town over, and he is very happy about the activity that SimonTheBroker has been bringing. Call them, you'll see.
