How do I contact Zillow to correct the city name of my home/listing?
9460 Copenhaver Dr. is in POTOMAC, Maryland  not Rockville, Maryland!  There use to be an email address for such issues, but I do not see it.

Is there any way to hide listings from RealEstateBook.com? Their listings are out-of-date or wrong.

Answer
In our area, we put interested buyers on an automatic notice when new listings come up.  Find a dependable and knowledgeable agent in your community and ask them to do the same for you.  This is how you avoid wasting your time and getting disappointed.

How does a foreclosure affect a tenant with a year or two year lease in Montgomery County Maryland?
Friends had a specific neighborhood and price in mind.  When we could not find the perfect home for them, they rented from a "for rent by owner only."  Now we know why owner did not want an agent involved.

As an agent, how can I make my estimates public?
I am adding a number of major renovation expenses to the estimate and would like them to be public not private.  How do I do that?
