Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Reading, PA.
This was a Home Path purchase and as such was very unusual. Michele had to dig for every piece of information to make this happen. Frankly without her tenacity, I don't think closing would have ever taken place. She was on top of things until the very last minute.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Wyomissing, PA.
Michele was fantastic at orchestrating the move to our new home and selling previous home. She was responsive to every phone call and concern. She was patient and flexible with us as we toured a number of house selections until we narrowed our search to our perfect home. And she was essential to the negotiations of selling our previous property. Overall, Michele's "Do Whatever It Takes" outlook and dedication to helping her clients is what separates her from the rest. I would recommend her services to anyone thinking about entering the Real Estate market.

Michele is a very polite and reliable realtor . She always checks in with us at least once a week to leave us know if anything new has come on the market. If we seen a place we thought we would be interested in, she always had an appointment set up that day for us to go see it !
