Where is the 10 star button! Our experience with Vickie and Steve was amazing!!! First class, top notch professionals! They go the extra mile for their clients and are experts in the real estate field. We were relocating and this was a huge purchase for us and I never felt rushed. They spent numerous evenings and weekends with us looking at homes in the area and they would point out not only the positves but also any negatives and I truly felt like they had our best interest in mind the entire time. Their marketing program stands out amongst the competition. Steve's background in sales was a huge plus and he ensured all our promtotional photos, flyers, cds and websites were updated and in vivid color. We were able to track the hits the sites were getting weekly. Their market analysis information also ensured we had the best listing price to sell our home in a very tough market. Vicki also helped us stage our home and gave us some great marketing ideas. They were always responsive to our needs. It was also the little things that amazed me as well. We had tree limbs in the yard from a fallen dead tree and Steve picked them up for us knowing we were at work and couldn't do it in time for the showing. He also installed a new door lock and delivered mulch without us prompting him to do so. Steve and Vicki are truly one of a kind and you won't find a team like this anywhere else in the area!!! Bought a home in 2009.Summary:
Vickie Simpson helped me buy a house for my granddaughter 5 years ago. this was at the height of the housing frenzy and I had a very limited budget and knowlede of what the Chester area offered. We looked at more than 30 houses in a short span of time. Vickie's input and advice was invaluable. Eventually we found the perfect starter house at a reasonable price and I was able to purchase it.
A few years later (2009), Vickie and Steve Simpson helped me negotiate and buy the house I am currently living in! It is actually a few dollars cheaper than what I was paying in rent! Their expertise and knowledge of the real estate market has really helped me. I would highly recommend them whether one has to buy or sell a property.

Bought a home in 2009.Summary:
We absolutely loved Steve and Vickie! We were fairly aggressive in seeing houses and they matched right along with us. We worked with them for almost a week straight between seeing houses and determining what we liked as well as negotiating the contract. Everything went very smoothly even when there was a snag or two with the seller. They were very helpful explaining to us the process from start to finish and knowledgeable about homes themselves. We were looking at a home built in the 90's and a home built in the 70's and they helped us to understand the things to look for and the differences between the two homes so we could better understand what we were going to be getting into with each purchase. This experience also extended into the property itself not just the house. I think that first time home buyers should definitely enlist their service, but even if you have bought before they will be very detailed and helpful. Steve and Vickie are a wonderful team to work with, my husband and I enjoyed every minute of it!…More Less
