Bought a home in 2012.
I had Sharon for my realtor. Closed on my home Feb.10,2012.I have sold and bought 5 homes. Sharon has been the best realtor. She spent the holidays showing homes to me. She puts her clients first never leaving u hanging. She is very intelligent about real estate and the she makes it easy by getting u the the best lender,home inspector and keeping u informed on updates. She's a nice person . Would defintely use her again if I sell. My son is buying a home in Wisconsin. Wish I could send her up there to guide him in his first home purchase. Thanks Sharon for everything!…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.
Sharon is just a fantastic realtor! She was extremely flexible in her schedule (even with short notice), knowledgeable of neighborhoods, has a great background in home construction, and provided excellent recommendations for other professionals (attorney, inspector, roofer, HVAC repair). She gave sensible and unobtrusive advice while we were evaluating different houses- she was able to point out things we would not have noticed/considered without being overbearing or seeming bossy. She was also patient with our pickiness. In negotiations and coordination with the sellers and their realtors, she was just the right amount of aggressive- definitely standing up for our best interests and getting concessions from the seller, as well as moving the process along as quick as possible, all while maintaining her professionalism and civility. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Mauldin, SC.
I recently purchase my first home with Sharon Bishop.
