Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Rockville, MD.
Mr. Mollaan was a pleasure to work with, he has made the process of buying my new home effortless. Mr. Mollaan found the perfect home that had all the attributes I was looking for. Closing costs were a major concern for me, Mr. Mollaan negotiated with the sellers and was able to get them to cover the whole thing! Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Bloomingdale, Washington, DC.
My experience with Sina was outstanding. He is the most knowledgeable person that I have met when it comes to DC Real Estate. My family owns several residential and commercial properties in the city so we are very familiar with the different neighborhoods but Sina taught us something new on every interaction.
When it came to making offers and negotiation, Sina was a complete professional who made sure that the deal made sense for us. There were things that he was able to get in to our contract that most other agents would have missed. Once we had a ratified contract, Sina made sure that every detail was covered to make the process seamless for myself and my lender. Sina would often go the extra step and he available at anytime of the day or day of the week.
Once we reached the closing date, Sina made sure that everything was in order and even convinced the seller to do some additional work after closing. Once we moved in, Sina was in touch on a regular basis to make sure that the transition went well and answered any questions that we had.
