Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Rockville, MD.
Mr. Mollaan was a pleasure to work with, he has made the process of buying my new home effortless. Mr. Mollaan found the perfect home that had all the attributes I was looking for. Closing costs were a major concern for me, Mr. Mollaan negotiated with the sellers and was able to get them to cover the whole thing! After the home inspection Mr. Mollaan got the sellers to pay for all the items that needed repair. He also referred me to the best lender in town who made the loan process simple and quick. We are still working together as he is aiding in the rental of my previous home.

Sold a home in 2012.
Sina is a true professional! He sold my house and helped me purchased a house within three months. He is a great listener who had my interests at heart. He was always available and provided helpful advice through the many processes of selling and buying a home, such as the inspection, appraisal, financing processes.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Bloomingdale, Washington, DC.
My experience with Sina was outstanding. He is the most knowledgeable person that I have met when it comes to DC Real Estate. My family owns several residential and commercial properties in the city so we are very familiar with the different neighborhoods but Sina taught us something new on every interaction.
When it came to making offers and negotiation, Sina was a complete professional who made sure that the deal made sense for us. There were things that he was able to get in to our contract that most other agents would have missed. Once we had a ratified contract, Sina made sure that every detail was covered to make the process seamless for myself and my lender. Sina would often go the extra step and he available at anytime of the day or day of the week.
Once we reached the closing date, Sina made sure that everything was in order and even convinced the seller to do some additional work after closing. Once we moved in, Sina was in touch on a regular basis to make sure that the transition went well and answered any questions that we had.
I would recommend Sina and his awesome team to anyone who wants to buy or sell in DC. He is fantastic and he will make your dreams come true!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Truxton Circle, Washington, DC.
I have bought and sold several houses in my life and I can honestly say that Sina represents an elite class of realtors rarely found in any profession. He blends the perfect amount of interpersonal and business. He is knowledgable, courteous and respectful both to buyer and seller. I asked an inordinate amount of questions and demanded more time than I am sure most sellers do. Sina was always patient with me and respectful of my decisions. In the end we sold for asking price and in a very short period of time. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Sina.

Bought a home in 2012.
I'll start by saying that I've always thought Realtor fees were sort of high. What I realized after working with Sina is that they can be if your Agent doesn't add much value and just sits back and collects a fee. I have to say that Sina doesn't just know his trade, he's excited about it. He knows real estate from a 10,000 foot level, and he knows the pros and cons of specific neighborhoods in his domain. He's responsive, proactive, and isn't afraid to give good advice, if that makes any sense...

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Dupont Circle, Washington, DC.
Sina is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. He helped us narrow down and find exactly what we were looking for. He managed to find a condo in the exact building we wanted to buy in, which was rare given its excellent location, and negotiated a very reasonable price using his excellent communication skills and techniques. He always made himself available, including late nights and even while he was away on vacation. What makes this agent unique is that he is very well-connected and used his vast personal connections -- instead of the MLS system -- to find us our condo before it hit the market! He's great at what he does and wants the best for his clients. Sina made our condo hunt enjoyable and ensured everything went smoothly at closing. Bought a home in 2012.
We recently purchased a home in the Bloomingdale neighborhood and Sina was extremely helpful in the process. He was highly responsive, friendly, honest and patient. He was supportive in the ups and downs of the process, and stood for us, as buyers, when we faced sellers who did not want to fix issues found with an initial house we wanted to purchase. Finally, we found the right house, and Sina was tremendously helpful and responsive.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.15M in Cleveland Park, Washington, DC.
We got a great house with Sina's help and due diligence. He was great in running down details and put in extra hours monitoring open houses for us. His own experience buying and selling real estate was a real asset post-offer. He also put in a lot of time just to meet inspectors and contractors to help push the sale through.

Helped negotiate a tough deal that could have dragged on for months without an experience real estate professional. Worked out well for buyer and seller, we got a good deal on a home we love the seller did not have to foreclose or go through a short sale process.
