Bought a home in 2011.
I got to know Mike years ago when he was a student of mine in a Managerial Finance class at OSU. Since that time Mike has consulted with me on numerous real estate questions as well as helping our family successfully purchase property. I'm the managing partner for a number of Real Estate Investment Partnerships and I can say without hesitation that I would recommend Mike for any real estate question/transaction you have in the Sisters/Bend area. Mike is easy to work with,professional, honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable.
It's always good to see your student become so successful at something he truly enjoys. A+

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Sisters, OR.
We have bought and sold several homes here in Sisters through Mike. Each experience has been a very professional, timely and enjoyable process. Mikes "get 'er done" attitude allows him to think creatively and overcome most obstacles without becoming discouraged. Mike has always maintained his positive attitude in the most difficult of (real estate) enviorments. He doesn't sugar coat anything and gives you the straight scoop.....thats what a seller ( and buyer) want to hear in order to be able to make the best decisions possible. I highly recommend Mike to take care of your next real estate transaction.

Sold a home in 2011.
Mike has sold at least 8 properties for me in the recent past. I have worked with many agents in many cities on real estate. None hold a candle to Mike's creativity to get the deal done. He is (in a good way) the most aggressive agent I have ever met. When I was developing 80 acres about 9 years ago near my home, it was Mike that came up with a CCNR plan for the open space that I had never heard of before. This plan was initiated and not only sold all of my lots when complete, but the county officials told me that they still use this CCNR plan for open space as the template for all PUDs that come to them. I have watched Mike negociate with buyers for my property before and I would clearly state that there isn't an agent anywhere that I would prefer to be on the selling of my property. I have sent many friends to Mike for their real estate needs as well.

Sold a home in 2011.
We have worked with Mike since the mid 90's; everything from buying, selling, to exchanges and have never been disappointed. He was able to sell our house earlier this year without having to deeply discount the price after being on the market for just a few months. Whether you are buying or selling I highly recommend Mike to represent your real estate interests

Bought a home in 2011.
My wife and I have worked exclusively with Mike for 13 years. We have made numerous real estate deals through him, both as buyers and sellers. I can honestly say we have never been let down in any of our interactions with Mike. He has consistently exceeded our expectations at numerous levels. We greatly appreciate his patience, his wisdom, his creativity, his intuition, and most of all: his desire to serve us!

Bought a home in 2011.
We bought two properties through Mike. First some bare land and second a house. We now have a lot for sale through Mike.
In all our dealings, Mike was straightforward, low pressure and very knowledgeable.
