Bought a home in 2013.
Nick is a true professional and provides a service of the highest quality. There were many times I would contact him early mornings to late evenings and even on weekends to get answers since I had a lot as a first time home buyer and he was responded every time. He knows Orlando very well and provided excellent insight and expert judgment. He worked around my schedule for home viewings and I could bombard him with 'house details' and he was cool with it. I'm not your average buyer either since I have an analytic mind and very methodical in how I approach things. He was very patient with my personality and worked with it. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Orlando, FL.
Nick has help me with buying two houses. He is AMAZING!!! You tell him what your looking for and he will find it. Alway professional and on top of everything. I have sent many friends to him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Orlando, FL.
Nick was invaluable in helping us pick a house in the Orlando area. Since we were moving from out of state, we didn't know a whole lot about the area or about neighborhoods. Nick did a wonderful job of finding us homes that were in our price point and in neighborhoods that we liked. The home, that we ended up buying, was one Nick found and acted on very quickly. I am so glad that we chose Nick over a couple of other lack-luster realtors that we spoke with prior to him. He made buying a home in a new state as painless and fluid as possible.
