Showed home in 2011 in Sunnyvale, CA.
Slava is the perfect agent! When showing me houses, Slava has always been pleasant, punctual, and professional. She is familiar with the areas and shares her honest opinions (good and bad) about the properties. She is able to help by recommending loan agents and so forth. Her experience in contracts and contract negotiations was evident. Unlike some agents, she is wired-in: she immediately answers emails/texts, she can quickly handle emailing scans, etc. She has been dedicated and super-responsive with everything. She is also a friendly person and absolutely wonderful to work with. I recommend her very highly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $1.85M in Cupertino, CA.
We`ve just bought our very first house and we were happy that Slava helped us to go through this process. When we started looking for a house we didn't know how complicated the process would be and how many details and nuances it could include, but thanks to Slava it was very smooth and enjoyable experience for us. She was very professional, she understood what we wanted and helped us to find a perfect house for our family. She paid attention to all the details, collected and provided all possible information about the house we had chosen, so we could make our final decision. Even after we bought the house Slava helped us to find professionals to make our new house perfect. I will definitely recommend Slava to my friends. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Redwood City, CA.
We were so lucky to have found Slava! After working with another agent, it was such a relief to find someone so professional, fun, responsive, and together. She really understood what we were looking for and helped us through the process. We're first time home buyers, so there was a big learning curve but Slava was so patient and available to answer our questions and at all times of the day. We would highly recommend her to others.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $450K in Campbell, CA.
My husband and I were 1st time home buyers, and we are very glad that Slava has been our agent. Our process of home buying was long, but Slava did her best to protect OUR interests, and has been always patient and tactful. At our first meeting she gave us detailed explanations about the process of buying a home, and during that process she responded to every our question immediately and provided maximum of information every time we needed. While showing us homes, Slava was not just present there, but she explained us what to look for and gripped our attention to all advantages and disadvantages of every particular home. She's never tried to save her time, but several times went all the way from Burlingame to San Jose at 6-7 pm on a weekday (imagine that heavy traffic!) to show us home or because of other our needs. She had also guided us through every line of contract, until we understood everything completely. We are very grateful to her because she helped us to avoid a bad deal, and made it very professionally. Moreover, after closing Slava's been always ready to provide us with information about contractors, services etc.
Slava is ABSOLUTELY NOT AN AGENT WHO THINKS ONLY ABOUT HER COMISSION, but SHE REALLY PROTECTS HER CLIENTS' INTERESTS.
