Joan and Bill listened to what my husband and I wanted in a house and showed us houses that were exactly what we wanted. As first-time buyers trying to be thorough we looked at quite a few homes, but in the end our two top choices were shown to us on the first day. I had heard many horror stories about realtors showing buyers houses that weren't at all what they wanted and I was so relieved that we didn't have to worry about that at all. Joan and Bill also gave us advice whenever we needed it since we were learning along the way. They did not give us more advice than we wanted though, we were able to make our own decisions. I loved that they drove us to each house that we saw. It felt very full-service. It was also great that they were able to work around our schedule. We were very pleased with Joan and Bill.…More Less
