Dustin,
Thank you for appreciating how our team was able to respond quickly to all your questions and concerns. The team approach is something that I have worked very hard at improving over the years. Customer service for all our clients before during and after the real estate purchase is very important to us. Keep in touch and thank you for your kind words.

Dana Atkins with the Margolis Team was our realtor, and she was excellent. We were relatively new to the State/area when we started looking to purchase, and she was very knowledgeable, while keeping our wants and needs in mind. We were first time home buyers so her knowledge of the entire process and ability to put the process in everyday language for us was amazing! We ended having to go through quite a bit of a gut-wrenching ordeal with the builder in negotiations and them coming through with promises made in the contract on time, and Dana went above and beyond to act on our behalf so that nobody pulled the wool over our eyes! We would highly recommend Dana to anyone in the market.

Damon Eddy is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as our (buyer specialist for The Margolis Team.) We were able to contact Damon day or night if we had any question's regarding the home we were wanting to buy. Damon explained the real estate language we didn't understand, he kept us updated frequently on the completion of the contract. Very,Very satisfied with Damon and highly recommend him to our friend's and family. Bob and Nicky Abeyta

Damon had went above and beyond what most realitor agents would of done. Once we decided on a house that my wife and I wanted to buy, he had sent our proposal to the seller's agent (short sale). The seller's agent was one of those from a quick fix credit company who had very little in the way of ethics. The seller's agent, after realizing the house was more valuable than the listed price, made every attempt to throw road blocks in the way of the purchase of this house. The negotiations got very ugly but Damon did a great job of negotiating through the road blocks and getting us into the house. What impressed me the most was Damon's high level of integrity. He wasn't afraid to get in the mud, but wouldn't do anyone dirty to get the job done. Because of Damon's ethics, I would recommend him and the Margolis Team to anyone who was interested in buying or selling a home.

Darren,
Thank you for the kind words about our team. By working as a team we were able to spend necessary to help you get your home purchased without any legal action being taken. It was one of the most stressful situations that I have been a part of because of the potential of fraud by the other parties. The fact that you stop by the office and pop into say hello does show how much you appreciated all of our hard work, and honesty. We are very excited that you and your wife are very happy in your new home. See you soon. Brian Margolis

Working with the Margolis Team was the best decision we took. We told Brian exactly what we needed and that's excatly what he did. He understood our needs and worries and helped us sell our house very fast. Veronika is great with all the closing process, and Dana is helping us buy another home she is very nice and undersands our needs. Everyone in the office is great. Thanks to everyone for making this process so easy and stress free.

The Margolis team has done an outstanding job selling my house. It was listed less than two weeks before receiving a firm offer. The team has been very professional and I definitely recommend them to anyone trying to purchase or sell a home.

If you are dealing with an expensive home that warrants a large commission, my assumption is that this agency might be more willing to be willing and steadfast in their response to help but otherwise look elsewhere.
In dealing with foreclosures I would avoid them at all costs. They are unfriendly, non-responsive, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Case in point the description - the description of the foreclosure listed what the property included and come to find out the a/c unit that was listed in the sale was removed - and what was there response..."well that must have been an oversight, it happens sometimes." And when asked what could be done to make the situation right, they said "nothing, but if you want to back out of the property you can, but you will lose your earnest money" - clearly they were in the wrong, unwilling to accept fault, and more importantly they handled this in a very poor manner. Nothing was ever done to right the wrong and there were several other instances of tact and erroneous statements which leads me to believe this type of experience has been had with others.
Although my experience was less than mediocre, maybe yours will be better. Good luck.

Hello Chester J,
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with who you are, for you were not a party of this transaction. I hope that you will call or stop by the office so we can discuss. Since this is a public site, I want to add that for the record the other agent representing the Buyer was given ample notice and options when the issue was reported. The Buyers earnest money was safe and options were given. The Buyer and their agent protecting them decided to move forward to a successful closing. Again, please call me on my cell 720-352-0454 to discuss further. Brian Margolis
Brian Margolis and his team were very helpful and prompt when needed for any kind of information. They have extensive knowledge of the area and were very professional. Even when met with a short timeframe for sale they were understanding and responsive to our needs. I would recommend Brian and his team to "go to bat" for you!
