Tracey was very helpful always there when you wanted to talk to her. Answered your questions quickly. Works really hard for you. And keeps you in the loop of whats going on.I think she is the best. You got to call Tracey.

Sold a home in 2011.
I contact Ginger Tracey from Australia if she would be able to help me sale my house in US. She responsed to me right away and said she can help. After giving her the house address she took upon herself to go look at the house. I was surprise she went and look at the house. She answer all me question and met me when I came to US. Since then she email me on everything that was going on regarding the house and other house around the area.
Iam so glad to find her to sell my house. I will highly recommend her to others.

Ginger helped me with so much of the process and helped negotiate some things w/ the seller. I felt that she went above and beyond in helping me.

Sold a home in 2010.
I would highly recommend Ginger Tracey for several reasons. First is her professional manner which I would rate at the very top. She provided me with information about selling my house which guided me in a positive direction. She was very creative in designing a booklet about my home, neighborhood and community that was very insightful and full of information I was not even aware of. Throughout the entire process, which can be nerve racking at the least, she was always centered on my goals. The market is very challenging at this time so I was very impressed with the fact that Ginger was instrumental in seeing that I got the price I wanted for my home. Last but not least, Ginger's has a sweet disposition, easy going attitude, and character that is very trustworthy! From signing with her to closing, she was amazing!

I have worked with this agent many times and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. It is difficult to find an agent that is willing to work as hard as you to find the right home for you. She is very professional and is among one of the most responsive people that I have ever worked with.

Showed home in 2011 in Evansville, IN.
I randomly chose a real estate agent over the internet and did I luck out! We're moving to Evansville from out of town. When I first met Ginger, she gave me a great tour of the area and because she's lived in Evansville a long time, she was very knowledgable of the area. What she didn't know, she found out and got back to me. She has set up a notification application, so when new homes come on the market that meet our criteria, we hear about them right away. We have a house to sell and it may take awhile, but Ginger has kept in touch and will continue to do so until we are ready to look at homes in Evansville. So, no negotiating yet, but I'm sure she'll do just as good at that as she has everything else.

Ginger has been helping us search for a home, Uprooting ourselves and going to a new area is hard to do and Ginger is being very supportive in looking for a home as well as learning a new area.
